About UsWelcome to webdesignstarter.com, a beginners guide to web design and more. Web Design Starter was created because I wanted to distil the multitude of site building and Internet marketing knowledge that is out there to help my friends get their sites off the ground! With my background (I have a B.B.A. in Marketing from Robinson College of Business - Georgia State University), I was always getting requests from friends and people that I knew to help them get set-up on the Internet.
These were just some of the more typical questions that I was constantly faced with. Now, lets be honest, there are hundreds of products out there that will help people get started in each of these areas. I should know, I've read a lot of them :) However, my goal was to produce something that would, at least initially, help web beginners get up and running quickly. I wanted to create a central point where somebody could find all the needed to know about making there first $1 online. Whilst, I've included quite a bit more than beginner material on this site, my initial focus has been upon beginners. Once somebody is comfortable with the basics, they will then be able to employ some of the other powerful strategies that I have incorporated. Furthermore, I have made some recommendation about products that I feel are truly worthwhile and will help you get to the goal of a profitable web site sooner.
